Resumo: We expect the volunteer to integrate to our organization and be as any other local volunteer. Of course i know that it is impossible at the beginning but we all will do our best to hel him/her. He/She is suppose to help as any other and we also hope that will be willing to spend his/her free time with us and start a nice friendship.

Perfil: - motivated person with own initiative,
- open minded and positive,
- prepared to bring some fresh ideas to our rutine,
- willing to integrate to the local community,
- earn about our culture,
- show us things about his/her culture,
- help and be useful
- age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: - Participate on the weekly meeting of the organization
- Assist to the meeting with his/her mentor, supervisor and coordinator

2. Help to the fix stuff in the office to :
- Organize and coordinate all the activities such as:
- Cinema sessions (which later will be his/her total responsibility)
- help with workshops about Youth in Accion for the local organizations and youngsters
- help with distribution of information and leaflets about Youth in Accion -help organization of youth exchanges, seminars, courses, workshops etc.

3. On local or international level
- Participate on different seminars, courses and formations on different topics such as Intercultural learning, active citizenship, creativity against of racism etc…
- Help with language animation
- Prepare workshops and talks about his/her own culture
- Help with regular workshops on Intercultural learning that we organize for schools, institution and groups
- Help with the library running
- Bring some ideas and implement them creating his/her personal project, we have space, material and people ready to help him/her with whatever idea he/she wants to implement such as different long or short term workshops, seminars, exhanges or any other activities.

Horário: Volunteer will have the weekend ussualy free, if there will be some activity during the weekend, volunteer will have some other day free during the week. Per 9 month will have 18 days of holidays nevertheless we are quite flexible with holidays.

Condições: We will also provide him/her with all the necessary formation as for example work with different PC programmes, dream work, photoshop, graphis design or library programme. He/She will also learn how to work with Youth in accion programme, how to organize youth exchanges, seminars, workshops and help with all the office work such a partner research and loggistic tasks.
Volunteer will also learn a lot about Intercultural learning and non-formal education as for us is a direct tool of work with youth and children.

Formação: -The volunteer will atend the classes of spanish and catalan in a oficial language school
