Resumo: We are an organisation for young people aged 16-25. Our premises are centrally located and accessible. It is a meeting place where young people can have a coffee, use a computer or have a meeting with one of our eight coaches.

Our main tasks is to find, meet and coach young people en route into adult life, with a particular focus on those who need extra support to find their way. To clarify; unemployed youth and a special focus is kept on long-term unemployed youth, youth receiving social service, immigrant/refugee-youth, disadvantaged youth, youth not in the school-system but also youth in general thinking about their future. All young people get a personal coach that give support through programs of introduction to a working life, various motivation-actions and guidance-counselling.

We offer activities in forms of practical experience and work training, group activities, orientation courses, international activities trough youth in action. We act as an arena for cooperation for society’s various initiatives for the group.

The role for the Volunteer is overall about taking part in the daily work with young people. To talk, meet and do creative activities with and for youth and to add an international perspective. Navigatorcentrum have group activities for youth every day. This activity has a focus on working life, like job seeker activities, workshop, group information or study visit.

The aim is to work on motivation, participation, and creativity and to prepare for working life or studies. The volunteer can have responsibility to arrange an activity but all the activities with youth will be supervised by professional staff and the volunteer will never have any responsibility for the youth they work with. The volunteer will however attend to all our staff meetings and be treated as one in the team.

Perfil: - age: 20-30 years old
- with fewer opportunities with focus on unemployed youth and youth with economical obstacles

Tarefas: 1) Investigate:
Take advantage of young drop outs experiences on why they leave school and talk to young people about their experiences. With the staff take part in discussions and find method to easy the way back to school.

2)Youth's participation and European awareness:
Arouse the youth curiosity to commitment and opportunity for change in questions regarding the local society, activities, and politics. Be involved in disseminating information about opportunities for young people in the EU as a model and inspiration to enhance young people's mobility. Give the youth council a European perspective. It will also be possible to be apart of planning and arrange a Youth conference.

3)Create event:
Be a help leader in outreach activities for and with young people. This may consist of create concerts and exhibitions. This will be a process with much room for own ideas and creative solutions.

4)Learning/Culture awareness:
Conversations and discussions with young people individually and in groups, in order to study and for example compare school, work, and youth participation in your different countries.

5)Marketing of Navigatorcentrum:
To participate in creating information about our activities and to disseminate it through web and social media. Monitor and update.

6) Youth support and publicity:
Being a support to the youth in their creativity ideas, generation around ex, film, photography, digital media and more. Create and disseminate information about various events, e.g. posters, photos, exhibitions.
