Resumo: Our House was formed with the aim to preserve, integrate and develop the culture of different nations living, to promote the public consolidation, familiarize the society with the peculiarities of national cultures, to organize the free time of the inhabitants.

In 1990, in the days when Latvia was becoming independant, the theatrical youth initiated the creation of a Russian city theatre-studio. City authorities have supported the initiative of collective, having allocated it a premise of a cinema, and in 1991 young actors have acted in the Saint-Petersburg and Minsk State University of Culture and Arts on a rate: direction of a drama, and have successfully finished them. And the theatre-studio is a theatre with six producers. On account of each of them there are various independent productions.

The theatre-studio works as a professional theatre, the honored worker of arts in the Latvian Soviet Union.
For 20 years the theatre group, keeping the traditions of Russian theatre, has carried out more than sixty opening nights of various productions, and has shown 12 000 performances at which were present more than 90 thousand spectators.

Perfil: age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: - will be involved will all aspects of theatre performance and preparation, as well as the regular musical concerts and performances run by the various groups in the theatre

- will work with the local culture centres, helping to organise cultural events,

- Typical Activities Preparation for plays and other productions within the theatre Planning and realising cultural events in the City Taking pictures during performance

- Taking care about theatre's blog and facebok page Helping in creation of promo materials (like posters, liflets etc)

- Working in the office, looking for contacts and information for performances in the centre

- Preparing sets and costumes for the productions Language lessons
