Resumo: Daycare centre is a place which assure attention for the small children, education in atmosphere of acceptance and security. Support and orient children's development through their potential and possibilities as well. Function of the contemporary daycare centre demand to do a lot of different activities to improve quality of work. Besides statute activities we accomplish many additional things e.g. programme "Zippis Friends". This is international partnerships programme for the children which developes psychological abilities. This initiative teaches how to manage with difficulties, how to use acquired abilities in everyday life and improve relations among children. Main goal of this programme is very lofty "how to manage with difficulties on your own". It doesn't say what to do, what is good or wrong, doesn't give a recipe - only learns how to analyze and search solutions in relations to yourself and to other people. From the beginning our children have liked Stick Insect (programme's toy animal) and his friends - toys, children talk to. Since few meetings with them we have better contacts in our groups. Now children have more courage to show their feelings and know how to show bad emotions without anger. 

Perfil: Our ideal volunteer should easily make contact with new people and have ability to work with small children. We will also appreciate motivation and will to learn polish language.

Tarefas: As a daycare centre we would like to take up new chalange by hosting volunteers. We will prepare schedule for the hosted volunteers which will evaluate and change according to the people who will be currently hosted, their needs, expctations, skills and competences.From the volunteers we expect support in everyday activities with children, esspecially sport games and activities inspiring childrens to learn other languages. Volunteers will support proffesional staff for example 6h a day from 8 a.m. to 14 p.m. by:observations, active participation in classes, support to help games and classes organization,support proffesional staff in everyday educational activities and preparing teching materials. help children in everyday caring activities: dressing up and changing, higienic activities, fedding,be part of meetings, celebrations of daycare centre (such as Christmas, Mother's day, Grandparents days etc.) and local's events.
