Resumo: The Center is an independent non-political voluntary service organization established in 1988. The Center is coordinating and sending organization of EVS projects (more than 120 successful EVS project in Lithuania and abroad) and short term voluntary summer work camps.

The aims of the organization are:
- To promote international cooperation and understanding among young people from different countries and different cultures;
- To help young people realize their voluntary ideas;
- To provide opportunities for young people without distinction to race, language, religion or social status, who wish to acquire cross cultural skills and gain international experience for their personal and professional development.
- Through the activities to promote ideas of volunteering in Lithuania
- To provide young Lithuanian volunteers with local and international volunteering opportunities

In terms of staff, the organization is quite small. There are 4 paid staff members. But with the help of local partners and volunteers over the years the Center has been able to maintain consistent quality and scope of its activities staying in the front of EVS coordination in Lithuania. The primary target group of the organization remains unchanged - youth from 16 to 30 years old. This is the only formal criteria for a young person to join Center's activities.

Perfil: - good communication skills,
- high level of spoken/written English,
- computer literacy,
- be open minded and with strong affiliation to people
- should be able to work independently as well as in a team
- age: 18 until 30 years old

We expect to receive active volunteers, willing to take initiative in volunteering promotion and development.
