Resumo: We would like to, through this project encourage local communities to create their own projects by setting the good example. In such case we are hoping to develop in this area European awareness,
environmental protection, not discriminatory attitudes toward differences and stronger will to take responsibilities into their own hands.
Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- motivated to work for social community
- open minded
- good communication skills
- experience in working with young people
- flexible, creative, have good patience to listen, interpret and respond.
Tarefas: Volunteers will be helping the association with:
- promotion of EVS,
- promotion of voluntary service,
- creating a group of active volunteers to support actions of the association,
- promotion of non-formal education and intercultural learning.
Volunteers tasks:
- supporting staff in all actions concerning promotion of voluntary service,
- organising and conducting meetings about EVS for youth and future host organisations,
- helping to organise and take part in events such as ”Voluntary Fair” directed towards local community,
- organising and conducting educational meetings for youth, in the field of intercultural learning, ecology, globalization, European awareness etc.,
- organising and leading workcamps,
- cooperation with potential partners, eg. visits to social care centre, occasionally organizing activities for children or seniors
Condições: The office and volunteers’ room are located in the same flat. The flat has a bathroom and kitchen. The volunteers will receive money for food and cook themselves.
