Resumo: The team at the youth information centre is a competent info service for young people, multipliers and parents on any kind of youth related issue. The youth information centre offers opening hours from 12.30 – 17.30, Monday till Friday nearly all year long. Additionally the youth info organises own events (such as our own summer open air cinema in July and August) and is an appreciated guest at info events, schools and festivals all over the city.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- interest in the youth card
- ability to think European but act local
- knowledge of German and English
- basic knowledge in computer applications
- communicative, an overall reliable,
- creative and a pro-active person that
- happy with moving in networks
- willing to contribute to strenghten them with her/his own commitment

Tarefas: - to collect the written feed-back of EURO<26 cardholders through different campaigns, contests and youth research and to update the existing files.

- to contact the young cardholders via phone or at promotion activities when the youth card actively approaches youngsters to inform about the benefits of the EURO<26 world in Austria and beyond.

- to prepare such promotion activities

- contact to the discount providers and evaluation through the eyes of an internat. volunteer

- to investigate/write articles for the youth card magazine/newsletter (internat. touch is appreciated)

- to communicate with our international partners on international projects

- to support the liveliness of content at our homepage (depending on the interests of the volunteer)
