Resumo: Our association is a non-governmental organization activating in the field of non-formal education through playful and creative activities for children, youth and adult people.

The main objective of our projects is to promote learning through playing. The activities that we organize come to respond to the visible lack of today’s society of a real environement, were people can socialize and interact with each other by being involved in different activities, such as playing or artistic activities.

The EVS project aims to promote the social and cultural values of different communities from the point of view of youngsters and through the active participation of young members of this communities.

We are looking for 4 EVS volunteers to work along with our members and local volunteers for 10 months.

Perfil: - open minded,
- flexible,
- interested in foreign cultures and ethnic groups, playing activities (in- and outdoor) and non-formal educational
- open to work with people from rural areas
- they should like bicycle riding or be willing to learn it
- age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: - volunteers will work together with teenagers learning in urban schools preparing methods and activities through which they can observe, discover and interact with the local communities

- they will explore by bicycle the rural neighborhoods (especially during summer holidays) in order to get information about the socio-cultural particularities of the rural communities

- will combine the field research with research at the office or in the library

- investigate the habits, preferences and needs of local youngsters. So they will be able to develop specific activities based on non-formal methods for each community youngsters (for ex. Board-games events, sport activities, book or film reviews and presentations, presentation of non-formal education methods etc.)

- The EVS volunteers will be encouraged to create and implement their own ideas and interests.
