Resumo: It is no needed to travel far away in order to enjoy Natura 2000 areas. This places are also situated in neighbourhood of big cities, also Rzeszów. Natura 2000 areas are important for preserving rare and endangered species together with their habitats.
Project „Natura 2000 next door” aim to promote among citizens Natura 2000 areas. It will include very important task: informing about proper conservation of the area.

At the beginning volunteers will get to know territory during field trips and after this, using multimedia they will prepare informations about it. They will be encourage to plan and realize possible use of these informations in practice.
This are places where people can live, work, have rest and invest, respecting at the same time environment around.

Perfil: - age: to 18 until 30 years old,
- interest in wildlife,
- experience in field work,
- skills as: promotion, writting/journalism, artistic skills welcome,
- likes to work with kids as part of the project

Tarefas: - researching area of Natura 2000 in order to get to know its wildlife and culture value
- to create together with other EVS volunteers strategy and materails for propotion if this area
- participation and giving help in environmental education workshops,
- preparing meetings with local youth
