Resumo: This project is focusing on:
• Participation of young people
• social inclusion
• volunteering
• creativity
• active participation

The role for the Volunteer is overall about taking part in the daily work with young people. To talk, meet and do creative activities with and for youth and to add an international perspective.
We have group activities for youth every day. This activity has a focus on working life, like job seeker activities, workshop, group information or study visit.

The aim is to work on motivation, participation, and creativity and to prepare for working life or studies. The volunteer can have responsibility to arrange an activity but all the activities with youth will be supervised by professional staff and the volunteer will never have any responsibility for the youth they work with.

The volunteer will however attend to all our staff meetings and be treated as one in the team. In our organisations, it's high ceilings and there are very much space for volunteers to come with their own ideas and use their knowledge and commitment and to develop their creativity

Perfil: - 20-30 years) from different program countries each activity period
- we include volunteers with fewer opportunities with focus on unemployed youth and youth with economical obstacles

Tarefas: The main activities for the volunteer will focus around Youth Policy and Media and Communicating in different ways.

Typical activities will be:

1. Investigate:
Take advantage of young drop outs experiences on why they leave school and talk to young people about their experiences. With the staff take part in discussions and find method to easy the way back to school.

2. Youth's participation and European awareness:
Arouse the youth curiosity to commitment and opportunity for change in questions regarding the local society, activities, and politics. Be involved in disseminating information about opportunities for young people in the EU as a model and inspiration to enhance young people's mobility. Give the youth council a European perspective. It will also be possible to be apart of planning and arrange a Youth conference.

3. Create event:
Be a help leader in outreach activities for and with young people. This may consist of create concerts and exhibitions. This will be a process with much room for own ideas and creative solutions.

4. Learning/Culture awareness:
Conversations and discussions with young people individually and in groups, in order to study and for example compare school, work, and youth participation in your different countries.

5. Marketing:
To participate in creating information about our activities and to disseminate it through web and social media. Monitor and update.

6. Youth support and publicity:
Being a support to the youth in their creativity ideas, generation around ex, film, photography, digital media and more. Create and disseminate information about various events, e.g. posters, photos, exhibitions.

Formação: The volunteers will stay together in an fully equipped apartment near to the city centre.

The volunteer will also get a bike and a buss card to make it easy to go anyway around the town.

We will suggest that the volunteer prepare their own take away meal for lunch. With special activities in the project the lunch and other meals are always include and arranged.
