Resumo: The hosting organization have 25 employees at national level of whom one. working closely in link with the head office in particular as regards the EVS. A person is indeed referent at the head office on this question and assures the coordination of all the projects.

Around thirty voluntary people participate all year long in the actions of the organization and they are solicited to facilitate the host af the volunteers. The organization offices and the accomodation for the volunteers are in the same building in the center of town, close to the bus and trolley stops.

All the host projects set in the urban community, regional capital city with 300 000 inhabitants. Four of the six host projects set in popular city disctricts. One of the projects sets in a popular city district situated in town center. The access from the accomodation of the volunteers is facilitated with the existence of a large net of transport (bus and trolley bus).

Perfil: Our exploration and recruitment are open to all countries voluntarily. Our wish is to get in touch with youth structures in other cities to hire partenanriats for young people present in these structures. That is why we are considering a voluntary accreditation to hire two new partnerships.

We have begun a partnership with a German host sending volunteers to the twin city, with a view to opening a host EVS project in the same city to a youth of Vire. We have compared the mutual knowledge of our structures, both of which aim to work towards young people with opportunities for professional collaborations. We have twice set up joint actions with young people from each city. We hope this way to establish reciprocity for youth Vire.

Tarefas: The mission of the volunteers, aims to integrate the international workcamps on the territory, and to allow exchanges, meetings between young people of various countries and inhabitants of districts.

The volunteers will be connected with the regional delegation of organization and brought, for a large part of their missions, to have an action in the various districts the North of the City. They will use the network of the structures working with young people in districts (community centers, high schools, middle schools, Information Youth Points) to make spend of the information, organize interventions, animations.
According to their skills, the volunteers can set up a network in districts around the voluntary service and around the international mobility, in the direction of the young people with less opportunities. They can use all the tools of animation and information of the organization and the various community centers or ceate new ones.

The volunteers can possibly have a stand in a shopping center, very frequented, one of the north districts of the City (Croix-de-Neyrat). This project, carriedby the City, stays in the course of ending. On these stand, the volunteers could use the new technologies to communicate and attract) the curiosity of the young premises to the projects of voluntary service and mobility.

The volunteers will be accompanied by the team to realize their tasks. They can be strength of proposition by bringing ideas to advance the project. They will have the possibility of developing a personal project, if they wish it, and to receive the support of the association in this initiative. They will also do a training course in the international workcamps containing a module on the intercultural exchanges. They will the access in differents tools facilitating the exchanges within an intercultural group and can experiment them during workcamps with two qualified animators.

This project develops the autonomy, the sense of the organization, the creativity, the pedagogy, the capacity of mediation, the capacity of animation with various public: local associations, of groups of volunteers in international worcamps, groups of local young inhabitants, …
