The first weeks after arrival, volunteers will get familiar with the new working environment, facilities and activities of our organization. Gradually be involved in the work, soon will be working with experienced employees who will explain everything to her practice and perform. Once you gain sufficient confidence you will be encouraged to work independently and get to take the initiative. At the end of the stay, we expect that you will implement your own activities and make their own decisions about what they want to pay particular.
