Resumo: The city and its 500,000 inhabitants became known throughout the world in the fall of 1989 as the center of the revolutionary movement in East Germany. Its being home to the second oldest university in Germany as well as serving as an important trade fair center have both had a decisive influence on the city to the present day. Around 1 million people visit the city every year, enjoying the city's lively atmosphere and diverse cultural offerings.

Perfil: The volunteer should enjoy working with children and youths and have an interest in art and culture.
He/She should have some experience in organizing projects or events.

Artistic ability is desirable
The volunteer should be creative, persistent, communicative and involved. Open-minded and communicative conduct and the ability to work in a team are also important.

Tarefas: The international volunteer is included into the projects of the house and gets the possibility of developing and realizing own projects.

She/he is integrated in the team.
