Perfil: Young people 18-30 years - EU citizens (according to the rules of Youth in Action Program we can accept only volunteers having European Union citizenship) - Preferably with native English, French, German or with very good level of one of this languages - Desire to work with youngsters, open-minded, tolerant, - Aware about life in less-developed country – Ukraine, ready to meet cultural differences, ready to live in small industrial city, - independent and mature - Possibility to come to Ukraine between May-September 2011 - Willing to learn Russian Recruitment is open to candidates from any ethnic group, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, etc. We do not require from candidates to be Volunteers in our organization any specific skills, competencies and education

Tarefas: The main tasks for volunteers will be to work with group of teenagers (12 -16 years old) and teachers of the school and to help them to develop activities related to European Awareness issues. It can be: - help with conducting language classes (if the native language of volunteer is one languages which students study at school: English or French or Volunteer have good level of one of this languages) - develop and conduct European Club - organize on regular base intercultural evenings and intercultural exchanges, intercultural days with music, movies, dances etc - conduct discussion club or theater - practical workshops based on hobbies of volunteer (dancing, singing, etc) Depending on skills and interests of volunteers they can choose group of children with whom they will work (age, language level), they will be responsible for planning (with help of teachers) and caring out different activities for children.
