Resumo: Our office is an old factory and a new area for creative activity on the edge of old town. It's a place that offers an environment for enterprise, educational and cultural institutions, art and events.

We works nationally and it means mobility - due to our projects, many activities (workshops, screenings, festivals) take place all over Estonia (in schools, youth centres, culture centres etc).

It be given to the volunteer an opportunity to meet people from different communities and social background and to learn more about the local culture.

Perfil: - age: 22 until 30 years old
- open and ready to travel around the country
- active
- joyful,
- has good communication skills
- good stress tolerance,
- likes to take part of different cultural events,
- knows how to use the computer
- ready to write a blog
- has a knowledge of PR / marketing, blogging, photography
- has knowledge of film and/or animation making;
- has produced some audiovisual work on his/her own will

Tarefas: - support our main activities within one year.
- update the work schedules and have the opportunities to join different projects
- support us in our daily activities
- taking part of film workshops, film events and travelling cinema screenings etc
- take part of the promotion of the film-making (to write a blog, help around on the set, to develop marketing materials in English for upcoming festivals etc).

Horário: The volunteer will work 35 hours a week and will have 2 consecutive days free from 9am to 4pm (the work hours might be flexible depending of the projects running in different periods).

Sometime the volunteer will be required to work in the weekend and it will be negotiated the days off between the staff and the volunteer.
