Resumo: Aim is to help psycholically disadvantaged youngsters aged from 16 and 22 to live an autonomous live. Therefore it is necessary to stabilize their personality and to teach them social competences and true-to-life abilities.

According to his/her personal abilities the volunteer should develop additional, creative leisure educational offers for the young people he/she will be in charge of. We will particularly appreciate projects in the range of culture and sports.
In exchange he/she will get the opportunity to broaden his/her horizon and come in touch with a new cultural environment in order to scrutinise his/her personal attitude and -as the case may be- to change it.

The volunteer will be a member of a team of full-time employees and will be accompanied and instructed by a personal tutor.
The full-time employees will be responsible for the pedagogical steering of the group.

Perfil: - able to communicate in german (more than basic!)
- Age 20 until 30 year old
- interested in sports and fine arts
- have experiences in supervising youth, for example in sport-clubs or in church

Tarefas: - additional offers in the range of sports and creativity as soccer, swimming, volleyball
-development of creative, leisure educational offers according to the personal abilities of the volunteer
-creative help with room set-up of the young people's own rooms and of the common rooms

Horário: The volunnteer has to work ca. 35 hours a week (incl. language course), mainly in the evening until ca. 10.00 pm and rarely on weekends

Condições: For accommodation a small apartment including kitchen and bath will be provided.

The volunteer may decide if he/she wants to participate in the food supply of the boarding school or if he/she will prefer self-supply.

Formação: The volunteer will get the opportunity to intensefy improve his/her German language skills (course at a language school).
