Resumo: Our organization is a boarding-school. In four houses it offers room for altogether 120 girls and boys, respectively young adults, between 12 and 21 years.

We put special emphasis in encouraging the young people's talents in MUSIC and ART.
Our aims is to establish an artistic commune that promotes the artistic interests and talents of the pupils.

Perfil: - able to communicate in german (more than basic!)
- Age 20 until 30 year old
- skills in the fields MUSIC and ART

Tarefas: - learning the language
- take part in assisting and advising the young people in the artistic commune during afternoon and evening hours under the guidance of the trained staff

The co-operation of different teams at the boarding-school will give the volunteer an insight into the social and educational competences of each of the members of the staff, into the concept of holistic education (body, mind, soul) and into the central ideas of the youth education and social work.

Condições: The volunteer will be accomodated in and own apartment within our boarding-school.
Full board is guaranteed by our canteen kitchen.
