Resumo: The social and economical environment of the region is very pleasing. Real estate prices are high and therefore have a selective function. We have two buildings: the Centre de Vacances at the seaside to host our school groups and holiday camps and the camping ground with bungalows and mobile homes to host our holiday guests. The two small harbours that provide activities throughout the year.

Perfil: - age: 18-30 years old
- imaginative,
- open-minded
- undertaking
- dynamic
- Skills for sports and/or nautical activites
- like the animation and the accompaniment of young people and adults.

Tarefas: 1) Concerning the post « supporting animator in the holiday centre and the nautical centre », to discover:

1.1) Animation at day-time for children aged between 4 and 17 years and young disabled persons:

- Accompaniment of nautical activities such as sailing, kayak, motor boat, banana boat
- Accompaniment of seaside activities such as fishing on foot, hiking, beach games
- Accompaniment of sport activities and cultural activities such as team sports, painting workshops, knot boards
- Accompaniment of trips and visits such as Océanopolis, Mont St Michel

1.2) Evening animations with the same children and young people:

- Accompaniment of big games: werewolf, parlour games
- Accompaniment of festive evenings: party, music quiz

2) Animation at day-time for the camping residents

2.1)children aged between 4 and 17 years and adults:

- Set up and accompaniment of big games and tournaments (sports or others) for young people, adults and also families
- Organisation and accompaniment of groups in the course of trips and visits (boat trips, bus, hiking: Mont St Michel, Ile de Bréhat)
- It might also happen that this volunteer accompanies the children and teenagers of the camping ground during activities carried out together with the holiday centre. He will therefore support the other volunteer and accompany the same activities.

2.2) Evening animation at the camping ground for all ages:

• Helping to set up and accompany evening animations for young people (6 to 17 years)
• Helping to set up and accompany evening animations for families: theme dinners, cabaret evenings, bingo

2.3) Reception during the day and organisation of a camping ground with a capacity of 550 persons (tents, caravans, mobile-homes, bungalows and yurts)

• Reception and placement of new guests
• Informing the guests about the activities and the facilities of the camping ground and the local tourism
• Dealing with problems of such an institution: breakdowns, damages (mostly due to meteorological perturbations), and tensions between neighbours…

Condições: The volunteers will be accommodated in an individual flat in the Centre de Vacances.
