Resumo: The project realizes on the base of the Regional Center of family and children support. It is a rehabilitation centre for children.

Every year the center hosts about 3000 children with their parents, partly they are from socially disadvantaged families and orphanages. The others are children suffering from disordered motor function; they are accompanied by their parents.

The volunteer’s tasks will be: to help to organize the entertaining activities and sport games for children as well as to support the decoration of the children’s rooms.

Perfil: - Age: 18 - 30 years old
- interested in making social service
- has to be ready to face a difficult social adaptation in the country with very big cultural differences
- motivated to learn how to work with disabled children and to be ready to learn how to find contact with young people with different background and abilities in communication
- interested in Russia as country, in Russian culture and language
- willing to learn Russian very much not to have language barrier in work.

Tarefas: - help to organize the entertaining activities and sport games for children as well as to support the decoration of the children's rooms
- help to organize Horsing therapy
- involved into everyday work of rehabilitation center
- The volunteer will be involved in work of departments of the centre

Horário: Example of typical week for the volunteers:

Monday (11:00-14:00 Free time; 14:00-15:00 Lunch time; 15:00-17:00 Getting ready for the evening sport/cultural/educational event; 17:00-18:30 Taking part in the evening sport/cultural/educational event; 18:30-20:00 Working in the department of rehabilitation, organizing games for children)

Tuesday (11:00-14:00 Making presentation about country for group of children; 14:00-15:00 Lunch time; 15:00-17:00 Trip to Nizhny Novgorod; 17:00-18:30 Meeting with the supervisor, Russian lesson; 18:30-20:00 Free time)

Wednesday (11:00-12:00 Working in the stable; 12:00-14:00 Help with hippo-therapy; 14:00-15:00 Lunch time; 15:00-18:30 Free time; 18:30-20:00 Working in the department of rehabilitation, organizing games for children)

Thursday (11:00-14:00 Working in the department of rehabilitation, organizing games for children; 14:00-15:00 Lunch time; 15:00-18:30 Taking part in the evening sport/cultural/educational event; 18:30-20:00 Russian lessons)

Friday ((11:00-12:00 Working in the stable; 12:00-14:00 Help with hippo-therapy; 14:00-15:00 Lunch time; Free afternoon; 18:30-20:00 Getting ready for making presentation about country)

Saturday and Sunday are free. The time-table can be flexible.
