Resumo: We have 30 dancing, theater and choir groups. All those groups are constantly working on performances about a wide range of topics. The members are students from local schools.

At least fiveteen performances are staged every year. Recently there has been an abo project developped for schools.

The volunteer will be involved in the developpment of several performances. He will be helping with organizing the backround as well as working on the performances themselves. Assistance with lighting, sound and other technical equipment during the pereperation as well as during the performances.
They will be included in working with the young people und taking care of some of the groups.

Perfil: - interested in performing arts
- would like to work with young people any age group from 4 to 20 years
- There are no special skills required.
- open mind and creativity.
- age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The volunteers origin, home culture and personal experiences will be included in one of the projects which will be developped during their presence. They will be present and involved during the rehersals and learn how applied theater works from the preperation work to the realization of ideas. This includes working out the scenes on stage as well as making cosutmes and stage props.

The volunteer will be introduced to all the activities our organisation has to offer. We will later include them in whatever activities they prefere. Wether they rather do the backoffice and management work or the artistic part, there will be a place for them.
