Resumo: Our organization is a nonprofit association of public utility that works to promote and spread of education in leisure and cultural revitalization. His priority for action are the regions of Central Catalonia.

We are structured into four main areas:

1. Training
• education in leisure time (monitors, directors)
• management and associative organization and training of volunteers
• animation of the elderly
• theater classroom

2. Programs and socio-cultural activities and youth
• SAPSK? Youth Information Service
• Game Club
• Activities of energizing schools in the free time

3. Educational services
• Educational activities in schools
• Activities for children and youth vacation

4. Bank Learning Resources and Publications
• Resource Bank
• Publications
• Exhibitions

The association is composed of 30 young people, who work there as volunteers. They perform duties of directors of the association, within the framework of meetings of the organization, and design and implementation of programs, within three working groups: scouts, clubs and publications. The entity also has a professional technical team consisting of 8 persons who manage the training activities and educational services and provide technical support to teams.

Tarefas: The tasks that this person will develop are:

1. Assist in communication tasks, design and dissemination activities
- Maintenance of the website.
- Design of promotional material (brochures, posters, ...) and material (exhibitions, ...).
- Maintenance of monthly electronic newsletter.
- Creating a digital photo album of activities.

2. Assist in the management and administration of a youth information point
- Customer service.
- Searching and classify Information
- Maintenance of bulletin boards

- volunteer can participate in the training activities that the organization promotes.

And finally the volunteer will be invited to participate as a full member in the association, enabling their participation in volunteer teams of the entity in the various organs of the same participation (meetings, general partners’ meetings , joint activities, etc..) and in those global activities developed by the association (Moguda a l'Agulla Jocs Setmana of the Carrer, Vespres Joc, etc.).

Horário: The working day is then reduced because of the the language course. We have 25 hours of activity, not including the language course.
• Maintaining the website and monthly newsletter. (10 hours per week)
• Design of promotional material and information material. (9 hours per week)
• Customer service (occasionally)
• Internal work, coordination and search and classification of information (6 hours per week)

This work is performed within the regular hours of service that is from Monday to Friday, from 9h to 14h and from 16h to 20 h, always respecting the 25 volunteer hours agreed.
