Resumo: We are a network of people from all over the continent, who perceive Europe not as an idealistic aim but a fact, an ongoing challenge. While most discussions and activities still take place in national contexts, we work together in order to contribute to the development of the European civil society. As an organisation, we are non- partisan and not linked to any religion.

Our office is located not far away from the centre. We share the office rooms with several small companies. Usually, 8 - 10 people aged 25 - 40 work there. From our organisation, usually 1-2 people are present together with the volunteer. The members of the board, the executive officer and some project team members have continuous contact with our volunteer.

The EVS responsible (incl. Mentor) who take care of hosting and sending activities in our organisation have long-standing experience with the programme and with working with volunteers from various European countries.

Perfil: - Age: 18 until 30 years old
- Self-initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- European awareness
- A certain organisational experience
- A minimum proficiency in German language.

Tarefas: administrative support
- 30% project work (often also with events all over Europe)
- 30% own initiative
- 10% training (Language course etc.).

Condições: The tutor is a Flemish-Belgian who was once himself a EVS volunteer. He knows perfectly how the programme is functioning and how to deal with its particular proper-ties in order to safeguard the caring for a European volunteer. He holds regular meetings with the volunteer.

As a former board member who is no longer directly involved in everyday work, he can reflect on work experience with the volunteer and offer support regarding the general integration in the organization.
