Resumo: With the participation of volunteers, The EVS Project will be supported to do workshop between non-governmental organizations with university by Project Coordination Implementation and Research Center.

Non-governmental organizations are situated some different cities. The aim of Project is to provide that volunteers being responsible in the organizations will take part a role in the activities to be held and get new acquisitions in the individual term by ensuring coordination of the projects which will be created and executed in company with the other volunteers.

The volunteers will find an opportunity of practice in the field about the projects they will present in accordance with their opinions.

Our Center seeks;

- To contribute to the community social life through the meeting of volunteers from different countries/regions and cultural background. These volunteers carry out tasks which are useful to the community as a whole.
- To facilitate European and international mobility and ideas exchange in a mutual understanding and peaceful atmosphere.
- To promote an educative project (local, national, European, international) by encouraging an active citizenship for a democratic, united and participative society.

- developing team spirit and competence on team and partnership work
- knowledge and involvement with the local community, customs, habits and culture

- development of personal, educational, social and professional skills

European volunteers will be supported by programme coordinator and mentor in all their tasks.

Each week, a team meeting is held to discuss the schedule for the week and anticipate situations with risks or danger. In case of an emergency, Gazi University will take the responsibility and do what must be done.

Also, we will provide mentors, who are experienced in EU Youth in Action programmes and have advanced foreign language skills, to be always interested in volunteers for each group and volunteers will be at least 18. The EVS volunteer is in daily contact with his/her mentor, who insures that the volunteer is well lodged. The mentor also helps with administrative questions or when the volunteer has to see a doctor if they need him.

Perfil: - worked in social projects or students club
- positive,
- full of energy and ready to do things.

Condições: Volunteers will work 30 hours per week max. According to the shift project schedule they will have to office on weekends from time to time with free days during the week.
The volunteers are entitled to have 2 holidays per month which can - on agreement with the tutor- being combined for a longer period.

The volunteers will in the youth house in a shared flat and there is a internet access. House is too close to university campus and safety areas. It is center of the Ankara so easy to go everywhere.

Formação: All volunteers will take Turkish courses at the University, Turkish Language Teaching Center or special with expert.
