Resumo: Our city is very multicultural city, with many universities, full of young people, which are ready to take an initiative. There also a lot people from different countries studying and living here.

In our Foundation we want to create comfortable conditions for young people personal development, that's why all our actions aim at opening Youth Information and Personal Development Center.

To be more open and give young people even more possibilities set in non-formal education context we want to involve in activities of Youth Information and Personal Development Center volunteers coming from abroad. Here they would share their skills and knowledge and at the same time get new experiences and learn new things.

Our main activities are organizing seminars, exchanges, trainings, local debates and international meeting. Our main target groups are students from high school. With our regular group of high school volunteers we are creating new ideas for new activities.

Perfil: The volunteer's tasks can be following:
1) Working at youth information center (co-organizing meetings, workshops, presentations)
2) Prepare presentation about different possibilities for youth
3) Intercultural activity – language workshop: conversation workshop in their own language and English (when possible) with young Polish of the organization.
4) Helping in routine work of Foundation and helping in projects organized by Foundation
5) Helping with fulfilling web portal for local volunteers
6) Youth participation promotion - Promote local voluntarism (he will encourage young people to take part in such projects to develop each person individually and acquire the experience)
7) Depending on abilities and interest of the volunteer, he can always propose new ideas as a mean to discover another culture through its social and cultural activity.

Tarefas: The volunteer will work together with young people from Lublin for the realization his tasks.

The volunteer's tasks can be following:

Horário: The volunteer will help in the Foundation 30 hours a week (training included) from Monday till Friday. For some activities, it can be that the volunteer has to help during weekends, and then he will get a free day during the week.

Condições: Accommodation:

The volunteer will live in a rented full-furnished apartment with all the cooking facilities.

Food:

The volunteer will get money for food. The volunteer will be responsible for cooking by himself (additionally he can get
cooking lessons if needed) or he can eat in the students canteen.
Local transport: The volunteer will use public means of transport.

Formação: Volunteers will be learning how to support teenagers personal development by organizing activities framed in non-formal context and within youth policy volunteers will be involved in developing youth information system in our city.

Language training:

The volunteer will have Polish lessons 3 hours per week.
