Resumo: Our association was founded in 1980 with the aim to enlarge the playing and the leisure time activities for children and young people. Since then, the programm has been enlarged and the principles of the work has been adapted to the conditions of society.

Today, our association works in the following fields:

• open work with “Jugendfarm” and the playground Finkenweg
• support in three day-groups with education/raising, also three places with flexible day-care and hippotherapy
• four all-day schools, another school is in its initial stages to open an all-day schooling
• advisory board for families

Perfil: - ability to plan a longterm projects,
- like contact with children and teenagers from different backgrounds
- able to resolve conflicts
- age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: - helping the children to do school-homework
- playing with the children
- helping to be in charge of the children
- taking part in project planning
- getting to know the technical structures of the organisation
- support of the educational programme,
- assistance with the care for the animals,
- assistance with the preparation of festivities and holiday projects (i.e. intercultural topics and questions),
- assistance with the maintenance of the terrain,
- assistance with the maintenance of the bikes, to an increasing degree also the development and organisation of one's own projects for the weekends and for the afternoons (international cooking, organisation of intercultural festivities, the understanding of diversity in other cultures etc).

Condições: A furniture apartment with cooking possibility is provided. Money for food is paid.
