Resumo: The volunteers will be collaborating in the two departments of international mobility and development education.

Each department and program has a responsible coordinator; the volunteer will assist in the maximum number of programs to learn from each activity and the overall functioning of our organization.

The Education for development programs, intercultural workshops and school programs (learning support programs) are implemented outside our headquarters, in different schools and institutes of the city and the Community of Madrid.

Perfil: - no specific knowledge,
- experiences in social, intercultural and youth activities,
- interest in the Spanish language and culture,
- initiative
- flexibility

Tarefas: - may collaborate in mobility programs involving teenagers;
- they will participate in the organized activities, intercultural workshops, guided tours by professional in the art and multiculturalism field, organized activities between young foreigners and Spanish people.
- will participate in the exchange, helping in its organization, documentation and implementation


The role of the volunteer in the organization is to support the various programs, learning about the management and contributing to their improvement. When possible, the volunteer will innovate, create a new activity to share his/her culture, the customs of the home country and discuss about the current situation and especially the Routh one, contribute to our activities, expanding perspectives and points of view.

Condições: - The volunteer will work a maximum of 35 hours per week, s/he will have the weekends free as well as the time required for language training, to be taught through a language school or private lessons.

- The monthly travel pass will be provided; the volunteer will live in a single room in a shared apartment with other young Spanish people in Madrid.

- Every month the volunteer will receive 230 euros as food allowance and 105 euros as pocket money.

- The volunteer will live in a single room in a flat shared with other young Spanish people, where the facilities for cooking and washing clothes will be available.
