Resumo: It is to give new and diverse cultural vision for the local youth, as well as to popularize the EVS.

The organization is renovating a beatufiul old house in the centre of it, which is meant to be a youth art centre, there is a cinema hall rented, in which there are projections of alternative movies, and there is a lot of work to be done in awaking the local youth for the priorities and ideas of EVS and voluntarism in general.

Mostly promotions, office work and art activities will be expected to be done by the volunteers. It is important that they really want to develope the capacity of this small and young, but really willing organization.

We organize a lot of art events with local character, the biggest of which is the Annual youth festival of Arts - Different Vision, held in September, which gathers artists and NGOs inStara Zagora and which is completely free of charge for participants and audience.

Other activities of the NGO are the alternative programme cinema hall, exhibitions of contemporary art in the old house, as well as laughter joga workshops and other art workshops. We are implementing a project for Youth Information and Cosultation Centre , financed by a nationa programme, for which we also need help in office work, promotion and interaction with the local youth.

Perfil: - older than 24 years
- motivation and staying until the end of the project

Tarefas: - organize, sort and analyze all EVS CVs received, helping locals to prepare CV and motivation letter, monitoring EVS and NGO websites, recent projects and fundings; assisting the members of the team in projet research and project writing; e-mail communication with other volunteers;
- helping with reporting and analizing questionneries and other tools for youth research for the use of the organization; assisting in creating innovative ones;
- implementing educational meetings/ cinema projections/ promotion activities, connected to the aims of the project, activities of the otganization and the Youth in Action programme in general;
- design - working with computer programmes for graphic design, designing and drawing posters and other hand-made art and promo materials;
- helping with social networks developing and internet advertising of the organization;
- helping with translating the web-site in English and expanding the organization’s international contacts and projects; Y- working with youth and children
- responsible, creative, communicative, flexible; the volunteer may be given the opportunity to develope his/her own art workshops with kids and youth; he/she will be supported in implementing own idea of non-formal art activities, which are in line with the organizations aims and abilities; - promotion of EVS, Youth in Action and the organization’s activities such as interactive campaigns, art initiatives, informing through distributing flyers, etc.
- communication and interaction with local volunteers, developing personal volunteer projects -helping with the technical implementaton of cinema projections; cleaning and tidying the cinema hall regularly;
- helping with restoring/ maintaining the Old House of the Architect
– a monument of culture, which is rented by the organization and needs a longterm renovation and maintenance;
