Resumo: Our aim is to show to the volunteer how works a french association composed of 100 persons (advisors and admin staff).
Discovering the french system of social & professionnal inclusion for young people and local development dynamic.
Discovering inclusion actions towards young people 16-25 years old Using ITC, Mission Locale's own software and its intranet
Learning or improving french language
Learning methodology of project
Animation of groups of young people (information about european actions from YIA at the Mission Locale)
Discovering local cultural life, diversity of social and economic life, and local associative network(sport, culture,leisure, youth)
Perfil: - 18 to 25 years old

- interest towards youth with difficulties

Tarefas: More precisely, the volunteer will work with his mentor around these themes :
1. mobility
Our experience in hosting volunteers is motivating us to imply the volunteer by putting him/her as a information resource for advisors or young people. He/she will be the center/person of reference (after first weeks of adaptation) that advisors could use to have information of revelance about foreign mobility programs.
He/she will be a good support for that aim.He/she'll doing actions of information towards our audience. We count on creativity, inventivity to find new ways of information towards our audience. He/she will organize and create punctual activities linked with European day or european week. He/she participate to information meetings in any place of the Mission Locale, by sharing his/her experience. He/she can use any support to present his/her country. He/she can participate to innovating actions that we would like to create (like exchanges programs with Germany).
2. Workshops participation
The volunteer will participate to workshops of the Mission Locale. He/she can participate to job seeking workshop, in particular to translate CV or motivation letters in english (if this is foreign job seeking). He/she can work on notion of capacities, wills that the young have some difficulties to express. Some games can be thought (role plays, crossed interviews) could be done by the volunteer, in order to share.
He/she can participate to health workshops (more precisely one based on nutrition). The volunteer can chose to be part of special actions towards our audience (sensibilization against AIDS, women' day…).
3) Développement d'un projet personnel
The volunteer should create and build a project at the Mission Locale. He/she'll be followed by the mentor. Our structure will validate the project at the end.
Condições: Mission Locale will offer to the volunteer a flat well equipped, everyday food for every meal (depending on his/her eventual diet),and tickets for daily local transport.
