Resumo: Our organization have 7 employees and they are also supported by local volunteers (short-term and long-term).
EVS volunteers will work in office and also they will be in contact with local community (mainly youth) through different out-door activities that host organization is going to organize.

Working environment in the office is very confortable for young people and employees are always open, easy going and ready to help to each one who need support.
Daily life and work in the office is very dinamic and young volunteer will have possibility to learn a lot and apply their knowledge in practice.

Our staff will support volunteers to develop their ideas (if it’s in corelation with our programme) and put them into action if volunteers show interest for that.

Perfil: - Have a motivation to do voluntary;
- Have a keen interest in discovering and learning about civil sector in SEE, volunteering, international cooperation, networking etc.;
- Able to respect what is written in Activity Agreement;
- Be creative and motivated to work in a dynamic international atmosphere;
- Be in depended, flexible, respectful regarding to Montenegrin culture;
- Have a keen interest in discovering and interacting with other cultures and be open minded for differences;
- Have a positive approach to disable youth and willingness to help them;
- Have willingness to learn new things and to create positive approach to it;
- Be emotionally and psychologically stable, sociable and outgoing;
- Be able to share flat with other volunteers;
- Knowledge of English as well as PC literacy (Word, Excel) are assets;

Tarefas: (1st – 3rd week)
Explained above – same for each service;
Task orientation (3rd – 5th weeks)
- Training – Social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunity;
- Training about organizing workshops;
-Training about planning and realizing small actions;
-Creation of promo videos from the workshops and gathering;

(2nd – 8th month of Service)
- To create and realize different workshops that will contribute to social inclusion of disable youth;
- To organize creative english workshops for disable youth;
- To be buddy of some disable youth;
- To be logistical support during the organization of excursions for buddy pairs;
- To make promotion of the buddy services;
- Course of Montenegrin language;
- To transfer information that need to be published to the group for PR;
- In last 3 months of the services volunteers will have enough competences to prepare and realize personal project with support of his/her supervisor;

Evaluation phase (9th month of Service)
Each volunteer will fullfil monthly report through which he/she will record task-related and learning outcomes and on that way from the begining of the Service they will learn how to recognise LLL competences.

ENTERTAINMENT AND RETAIN SERVICE FOR LOCAL VOLUNTEERS
In order to retain local volunteers and create an environment in which they will feel confortable and also as a part of ADP-Zid, we established service that will take care of it.

This service is also called volunteers for volunteers, because even if they have supervisor, the biggest part of the activities from this service are created and realized by EVS and few
local volunteers. This service is a grate opportunity for EVS volunteers to express all their creativity and ideas. Also on the most of events are present employee staff of the organization. There are some proposed activities, but volunteers are able to initiate new one.

Task:
- Treaining about organizing workshops;
- Training about planing and realizing small actions;
- Creation of promo videos;
- To organize out-door activities such as sport day, barbecue, karaoke day etc.
- To organize vocational workshop for local volunteers – if they have some specific profession that are interesting for others they could organize those workshops what will help to employability of local volunteers;
- To organize party and birthday celebrations;
- To transfer information that need to be published to the group for PR;
- In last 3 months of the services volunteers will have enough competences to prepare and realize personal project with support of his/her supervisor;

Condições: During his/her volunteering, the volunteer will stay in a rented and appropriately furnished flat. If there is more than one EVS volunteer in the organisation at a time they will share the same flat of the size appropriate for them. Volunteer will have to
prepare food on his/her own and he/she will receive monthly fee from ADP-Zid for these purposes.
