Resumo: One of the projects through which the organization currently supports the countryside and rural development is TaTuTa Eco-Agro Tourism and Voluntary Knowledge and Skills Exchange on Organic Farms.

Our project is set up on the idea of an ongoing tradition of exchange and inspired by the hospitality of the people. Our project enables people to visit ecological farms which are in the system. People who visit farms can provide labour by their voluntary work in the farm or just be the guest of the farmer by contributing to the farmer's work with an amount of money. And in return, their need of food and accommodation is provided by the farmer. Visitors also benefit from the knowledge of the farmer, as they learn how the food they consume everyday is produced and have an opportunity to experience the difficulties of rural life.

The Association contributes to the healthy functioning of the project by preparing it, providing communication between all the stakeholders, bearing all the project's management risks and in addition, offers its own existing knowledge, experience, volunteers and physical facilities.

Perfil: - Age: 18 until 30 years old
- motivated,
- enthusiastic,
- committed to an ecological life style and who come to live,
- believe in the philosophy of organic agriculture,
- interest in environmental issues and sustainability as well as an interest in the practical work of creating a space of practice and learning.

Tarefas: - Resource development: Volunteer will look for information, material and funding opportunities for the development of our project.

- Guidance: Preparing a demonstration of organic farm practises.

- Preparation of documents concerning ecological production and work on activities to promote ecological agriculture and ecological living.

- Preparation of workshop for the short term volunteers and visitors about ecological living and traditional culture and handcrafts.

- Farming: Organic farming in the farm and growing food.

- Database activities: Provide support to the organization for volunteers and short-term visitors

- Volunteers will also be supported to get involved in local art and crafts according to their interests.

Horário: Volunteer is expected to work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Volunteer can choose the two consequent days of the week for holiday during his/her participation in the farms;

The work should be shared as 70% outdoors work (guiding the visitors, preparing workshops, ecological farming etc.) and 30% office work (resource development, database, preparing documents and presentations).
