Resumo: The organization disposes Community centre of an amenity, it is 650 persons who stick to the organization to participate in these animations and activities.
This association organizes about 25 different activities a week and carries a part of the cultural plan of the city with the organization of shows, exhibition and a festival.
The organization is an active member of the network of MJC
is one of both French administrative subdivision of Aube, it is a semi-urban territory with a popular quarter located in sensitive urban zone. There is a rail railway station, with trains towards Troy in the morning and in the evening.
Itinerary is half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. It is also performed every day by a quizmaster of an association partner of the MPT and several times a week by the manager.
Bar on daybreak is located in the middle of the vineyard champenois.
The Community centre participates in numerous collective plans: a sports raid about sixty young persons of a dozen reception teenagers of the department of Aube, stays are together organized, of exits …
We are also actively involved in cultural plan: Festival of duets organized by the departmental Confederation of MJC, Cour z’y vite which allows to offer public young show in country environment.
Young persons of reception teenagers plan of radio of FDMJC also participates in the plan Carrément Teenagers, which allows to 10 young persons to leave make of the journalist on a national music festival of largeness. We participate) in this plan in partnership with another MPT which will also receive a young European volunteer as part of collective plan.
With the exchange which we organize this summer with young persons of the Wales be going to allow Community centre to develop plans around Europe.

The network of the organization, is made up of around thirty associations affiliated to a Departmental Confederation.
FDMJC of Aube acts on the whole department, with the help of associative structures located both in urban environment and in country environment.
The actions of network of the organization (riding associations, Confederation) concern particularly the questions of youth and culture.
Populations in trouble (social, geographical distance particularly) are in the middle of the concerns of network. In order to do that FDMJC is more particularly initiated in collective actions towards the young persons (promotion of local young groups, radio, tournament games). It also leads a politics of support of structures and implementation of their politics youth.
Except his investment in local plan, the young person in EVS, is led to get involved in a collective plan mobilizing several associations and different young persons in EVS, on the scale of the department.
Perfil: Contour of the volunteers:
This plan is based on the collective reception of 5 EVS on the scale of the department and network. It will be necessary to favor mixing of sexes boys-girls within the collective, and to avoid the big age differences to favor the coherence of the group.
It will be preferable that the young persons have centers of interests for arts and culture.
Procedure of selection:
Stage of information.
Information on the intention of the plan of simultaneous reception of 5 EVS during the national convention of the organization, as part of the seminary of the European partners of the association contact 2103 . Once the stage of accomplished accreditation a directed dispatch in associative structures of this network will be accomplished.
Wide information in structures of dispatch and in young persons of other countries via the database of the Agency.
Stage of selection.
Candidacies will be examined with regard to requirements of every local plan by taking into account the motivation of the volunteers in the foible the letter of motivation and of several contacts with the candidates (mail, phone). The collective dimension will so very be present in the stage of selection, to guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers.
The centers of personal interests of the young candidate in EVS will be taken into account because they are often the foundation of the development of the personal plan to be led by the volunteer during his service.
Selection will therefore be accomplished in two stages:
A short listing on CV and letter of motivation accomplished at the level of every structure of reception, followed by a catch of contact with the shortlisted young persons (ideally 2 shortlisted candidacies; a girl and a boy).
A second stage uniting 2 - 3 persons of every structure of reception (tutor, manager and a manager), - to give a sense of responsibility to a maximum of local participants in the reception of the young person and a person of the structure coordinator which will guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers constituted through enunciated contours (mixing of sexes, consistent ages). This stage will articulate therefore between a level of selection of every structure of reception opposite of local plan, and a coherence of selection at collective level opposite of departmental plan.
The discreet candidate will be informed as quickly as possible. The not discreet candidates will be systematically warned.
We shall be vigilant in what the organism of dispatch is capable of preparing well the young volunteer, and following him regularly during its voluntary service. For it of prior exchanges will have with these organisms to fix the roles of each well.

The volunteer will be in a team of professional and volunteers whose plan is to allow the access to culture. He will so be able to discover sociocultural animation.

The association organizes workshops expression and of communication, the volunteer will therefore be able to participate in these workshops to advance in French. The meeting with the volunteers and with the inhabitants of Bar sur Aube will allow to the volunteer to discover French culture.
departmental Possibilities:
The volunteer is going to register in a team from which job is animation. The association network and his professionals will allow him to discover or to deepen the notions of collective action, methodology of plan, development of action towards the others, and to perform tasks of animation and accompaniment of the public young persons, particularly in the field of culture.
The French lessons within an association taught to form persons from other countries and the daily practice of dialogue in French, will be agreed one of the charms for the volunteer. The discovery of France, particularly Troy and its environment, the participation in cultural initiatives of the network of MJC / MPT will be of an interest for its personal enrichment.
The young volunteers will be invited to participate in a forming of type BAFA, to reinforce their animator's role in the implementation of collective plan
