Resumo: It is a rural district which counts about 3500 inhabitants. Market town - centre of a district,the town is equipped with numerous commercial, social and administrative services. 4 schools (primary 2 and 2 nursery schools) as well as a secondary school are established on the village. The village has sports equipment (stadium , gymnasiums) and cultural equipment (music school, association). All equipment offered by the village has a resonance on the ambient country territory, beyond the intercommunalite. The nearest city is the prefecture of the department: Troyes.
The organizatio is one of the essential equipment of the village in culture and in free time of the children and the teenagers.

It also has vocation to welcome the adults around sociocultural activities in the spirit of its instructive plan. In complimentarily of the organization, another association of network MJC (House of the Family) manages the community centre of the village.

The organization being affiliate in the network of MJC, it is contact with the organization and associations affiliated by the area for the collective implementation of plans. Partnerships with riding associations are also frequent and numerous so as to ameliorate the quality of actions always towards the publics.
To implement its plan, The organization has places put in disposition by the village and by the intercommunalité allowing the reception of the different publics.

>>> environment departmental plan:
The network of the hosting association is made up of around thirty associations affiliated to a Departmental Confederation.
FDMJC de l’Aube acts on the whole department, with the help of associative structures located both in urban environment and in country environment.

The actions of network MJC (riding associations, Confederation) concern particularly the questions of youth and culture.

Populations in trouble (social, geographical distance particularly) are in the middle of the concerns of network. In order to do that FDMJC is more particularly initiated in collective actions towards the young persons (promotion of local young groups, radio, tournament games). It also leads a politics of support of structures and implementation of their politics youth.

Except his investment in local plan, the young person in EVS, is led to get involved in a collective plan mobilizing several associations and different young persons in SVE, on the scale of the department.

Perfil: Contour of the volunteers:
This plan is based on the collective reception of 5 EVS on the scale of the department of Aube and network MJC. It will be necessary to favor mixing of sexes boys-girls within the collective, and to avoid the big age differences to favor the coherence of the group.
It will be preferable that the young persons have centers of interests for arts and culture.

Procedure of selection:

Stage of information.
Information on the intention of the plan of simultaneous reception of 5 EVS during the national convention of MJC (Lyons), as part of the seminary of the European partners of the association contact 2103 . Once the stage of accomplished accreditation a directed dispatch in associative structures of this network will be accomplished.

Wide information in structures of dispatch and in young persons of other countries via the database of the Agency.

Stage of selection.

Candidacies will be examined with regard to requirements of every local plan by taking into account the motivation of the volunteers in the foible the letter of motivation and of several contacts with the candidates (mail, phone). The collective dimension will so very be present in the stage of selection, to guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers.

The centers of personal interests of the young candidate in EVS will be taken into account because they are often the foundation of the development of the personal plan to be led by the volunteer during his service.

Selection will therefore be accomplished in two stages:

A short listing on CV and letter of motivation accomplished at the level of every structure of reception, followed by a catch of contact with the shortlisted young persons (ideally 2 shortlisted candidacies; a girl and a boy).

A second stage uniting 2 - 3 persons of every structure of reception (tutor, manager and a manager), - to give a sense of responsibility to a maximum of local participants in the reception of the young person and a person of the structure coordinator which will guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers constituted through enunciated contours (mixing of sexes, consistent ages). This stage will articulate therefore between a level of selection of every structure of reception opposite of local plan, and a coherence of selection at collective level opposite of departmental plan.

The discreet candidate will be informed as quickly as possible. The not discreet candidates will be systematically warned.

We shall be vigilant in what the organism of dispatch is capable of preparing well the young volunteer, and following him regularly during its voluntary service. For it of prior exchanges will have with these organisms to fix the roles of each well.

Tarefas: The plan of voluntary service is centered around a cultural practice. The young volunteer will have as plan, in link with the teams of wage earners and volunteers of the association, to highlight an artistic practice for year: organization of workshops, organization of a demonstration, set up by exhibition, organization of exits This axle will be more precisely developed in chapters to be followed

• The young volunteer is going to insert a team of animation which works on the daily with groups of children and teenagers. He will so be able to discover or deepen all techniques, according to the contour of the volunteer, in link with the animation of a public young person: organization of activities, set up by plans, cogitation on the functioning of structures devoted to the public It will be for it in link with the professional of the association who will know how to transmit him methods of animation but also with a team of young animators (all animators of the association are less than 25 years old) with whom the young volunteer will be able to discover animator's job in a structure of free time.

• Extravagant the French lessons, the volunteer will be in link with a public French speaker every day: the wage earners of the association, the children and teenagers seeing frequently structure, families of these children and teenagers and the volunteers of the association.

• The volunteer will also be able to meet numerous persons of network and notably professionals in the artistic domain for which he will be present: amateurs or professionals of network MJC.

• The volunteer is also going to insert an association in which the volunteers are very active. He will therefore be able to discover or deepen notions linked to associative functioning and to voluntary work.

• The team of animators, and notably young animators, will have in heart to make him use opportunities of the territory: shows, exhibitions, discovery of places and environment …

departmental Possibilities:
The volunteer is going to register in a team from which job is animation. MJC network and its professionals will allow him to discover or to deepen the notions of collective action, methodology of plan, development of action towards the others, and to perform tasks of animation and accompaniment of the public young persons, particularly in the field of culture.
The French lessons within an association taught to form persons from other countries and the daily practice of dialogue in French, will be agreed one of the charms for the volunteer. The discovery of France, particularly Troyes and its environment, the participation in cultural initiatives of the network of the association will be of an interest for its personal enrichment.

Departmental activities:
>>> BATUCADA:
The young person in EVS, within a collective (5 young persons in EVS) will take part in the installation of an artistic plan, type fanfare percussions on the scale of the department (batucada), implicating young persons of every structure of reception, this collective plan will be the thread of its voluntary service.

During the first stage of 3 months, the young volunteers will participate every week (on Saturday 10 h 30 - 12 - except scholastic vacation), in a workshop percussions batucada in MJC of Romilly sur Seine. This workshop will be supervised by a professional musician.

At the same time every volunteer, will mobilize in link with the local animators, of young persons of his structure of reception (5 young persons from 16 to 20 years old), in perspective to participate in this departmental batucada.

In a second stage, every volunteer will enliven with these 5 young persons, a local workshop of percussions, on the basis of studies accomplished during the first months. As part of these local workshops, the professional percussionist will intervene twice, in order to supervisor the work of every group (common rhythmic foundations).

Two periods of collective practice, uniting the young persons of every structures, all the young volunteers and the professional percussionist, will be accomplished during the scholastic vacation of winter and Easter (10 half days in total), to give a rhythmic coherence of group to the collective. During these groupings, the young persons will also have of specific time to construct the summer plan of itinerancy of this batucada.

The first days of scholastic summer vacation, will allow the organization of last time of general repetition, before the realization of the itinerancy of the batucada, under a form which will be defined and constructed by the group of young persons (young persons of local structures and volunteers), with the accompaniment of the permanent animators of local structures (realization of collective plan on the July first half).

>>> OTHER ACTIONS :
Finally, the young person in EVS will be able to be led to participate in other actions and departmental plans implicating young persons (radio bluntly teenagers, meetings and debates on the topic of Europe, animations around games). A particular accent will be put on the involvement of the young volunteers on the radio, which will allow to promote to the listeners and partners developed collective plan, and different actions led by the volunteers during their stay (visibility of plan and simultaneous reception of young volunteers on the department).
This radio is a specific tool of network MJC, in form of a caravan studio travelling, in link with an associative radio which allows us to achieve its frequency regularly.

Local activities:
At first, the volunteer will take time to discover structure and fields of action of structure: animation of leisure centre, animation of toy library, set up by cultural events, relations between the association and its local environment.
In this time of discovery, the volunteer will set up small sequences of animation under the tutorial system of an animator tested to acquire competences in animation. The volunteer will participate in the working meetings of the team of animation in which the animations of the leisure centre and the toy library are prepared. The team of animation will favor the possibilities of meeting of the volunteer with the local actors and the publics. These meetings will allow to the volunteer to discover the environment of the association but will also allow promoting EVS to the local community (associations partners, groups, schools).

In second time the volunteer will define a plan with cultural dominant feature (arts, living show), for the followers seeing frequently structure. Plan will be in coherence with the instructive objectives of the association: access to culture for all, citizenship, secularism and solidarity. The team of animation of the association will bring its assistance and its expertise to accompany the volunteer in the definition of this plan. This plan will be validated by the professionals of the association but also by the directorate to which the volunteer will present it.
In this cultural plan and with its know ledges in animation linked to the first period of its voluntary service, young person aura for objectives:

- To set up sessions of animation towards the publics received in the association (children, teenagers, adults): activities, exhibition, time of meeting, cultural exits …
- To take care of the communication relating to its plan: posters, meetings, link with the radio « Bluntly Teenagers »,
- To mobilize the publics so that they participate in this action,
- To give an account to the representatives of the directorate of the advance of its plan,
- To organize a festive day on the themes of its cultural plan to promote its action and to introduce voluntary service to a broad public as part of EVS.

The young volunteer will also go to the meeting of the young persons of the territory to favor the cultural opening of the young persons and to promote service European volunteer and European agility. The presentation of its country of origin will be also interesting for the young persons, the children and the adults: general presentation but also cultural peculiarities (games, kitchen, traditions). The team of the association will reserve in its parallel parkings of activity of the time of intervention of the volunteer on its themes.

The collective accommodation and work on a plan together with other young persons in SVE native to other countries will be source additional enrichments (practice of English, bare of foreign one language, cultural discovery) for the young person in EVS.
The young volunteers will be invited to participate in a forming of type BAFA, to reinforce their animator's role in the implementation of collective plan.
