Resumo: kibuli is situated in Tkibuli region, Georgia (about 3,5 hours from capital Tbilisi). The population is about 14 000 inhabitants. The closest city is Kutaisi which is at the same time the second biggest city in Georgia. Tkibuli region is one of the least developed in Georgia. The economic activity in the region mostly stopped after the revolution in 1991 and the quality of life decreased significantly. Today´s major problem of the region is high unemployment (about 50%) and migration of people either to different regions or abroad. It is estimated that 1/3 of population left Tkibuli.

Perfil: Requirements: • Experience with project writing and project management • Motivation to organize free time activities • Self-reliance • Good knowledge of English • Basic knowledge of Russian (Georgian) highly recommended • European Union citizenship • Age under 30 years old

Tarefas: Proposed activities for the European Voluntary Service (EVS) volunteer: 1. The main activity of the volunteer will be to support staff members with writing various projects proposals in English. 2. The volunteer is highly encouraged to develop his/her own activities. Generally activities with local youth are very welcome since it is one of the aims of the organization. The local youth do not have many possibilities how to spend free time actively and they mostly just hang out with friends on streets.
