Resumo: EVS projects will be realized in the office of the organization as weell as in local rural communities.

In village communities the volunteers will work with youngsters from ethnic minorities - Roma and Turkish, supposingly the volunteers are people with no prejudice regarding differences.

Another characteristic of smaller communities - people know each other well and they make friends easily, which will make volunteers feel well accepted and will let them show the best of their potential - not just for the project, but also in in-formal contacts.

The two-sides flow of information will be encouraged so that not just the volunteer will serve the local youngsters but also he/she will be a beneficiary of new knowledge and skills through in-formal and non-formal learning.

Some of the activities will take place in schools, community centres and youth clubs - in those cases the volunteers will be assisted by their mentors for providing all the needed logistics, but at a later stage of the EVS project the volunteers will also do some logistical tasks.

Perfil: - Fast adaptability to a different culture
- Willingness to gain new skills
- Initiative and creativity when doing certain tasks an assignments; readiness to experiment and experience unknown approaches
- Ready for working in a dynamic environment and keeping deadlines
- Basic knowledge of English

Tarefas: 1. Participation in training courses on:

- presentation skills
- facilitating skills
- projects development and management
- using forum theatre methodology in projects timulating youth participation

2. Projects development and management

- participation in a team of experts who develop projects addressing disadvantaged youngsters
- launching activities and campaigns supporting disadvantaged youngsters

3. Forum Theatre

- participation in a team which develops scripts for forum plays
- organizing and participation in forum theatre events
- making surveys with local community in order local problems to be defined and discussed through forum theatre
- organizing forum theatre trainings
- Organizing and participation in forum theater promoting campaigns

Condições: The volunteers will be accomodated in a four-rooms flat just 10 minutes from the office.
The flat will be used by 4-6 volunteers at the same time and each will be provoded with a separate bed and wardrobe.
The flat has also 2 bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen.
