The team of socio-educational animators is in charge of leading the collective life of the RHJ and of making the educational accompaniment of the young people having difficulties. The problems of the young people in accompaniment are diverse and varied: young people having difficulties of social integration and\or professional, young people in situation of handicap, young follow-ups by the minor social, young services … These young people are accommodated in our premises with the other young people: students, trainees / apprentices, young workers and benefit from a help for their projects. Perfil: We want to welcome young people motivated to put a lot into our association on the long term and also capable of living in corent. We welcome generally the young people for one year. We have no profile of specific young people. We make the selection essentially on the motivation and the objectives of the young person for its SVE.
However, we would love young people possessing the driving licence and bases in French and\or English even if this is not indispensable. We also favor the hosting of young people who had only few opportunities to travel previously.
Concerning the procedure of selection, when we receive the applications of young people interested in our project, we reply to them systematically to say to them where we are in the selection there. We settlein intern, a period during which we keep all the applications of the young people (generally 2 in 3 months before the deadline). By return of e-mail, we send to the young person an application file which we prepared and ask him to fill it and to send back it to us before a deadline. In this file, a part is to fill by the sending organisation what allows us to verify that the young person is actually in touch with it and to know the kind of activity of this one. In the date butoire, we enclose applications and we study these according to the application file, to the CV and to the letter of presentation of the young person. The team makes a first selection and the final choice is made in agreement with the members of the team Animation and Cap’Jeunes. Once the young selected, we put ourselves in touch with him and his sending organnisation to prepare the project. We don’t choose the young person according to his sending organisation but according to his profile and to his motivations.
