Resumo: The volunteers will work as “local animators” in different publicplaces of our town – on the playing field, in the park or fields of sport. Their task will be to encourage children and youth toactively leisure and outdoor activities through common games and activities.

Realizing this project we want to promote active leisure time and healthy lifestyle. In addition, we want to contribute to thedevelopment of openness and tolerance among the people of our community, especially the young and children. Volunteers from other countries and other cultures through their stay they will do a good ”advertisement” for Europe, to participate in European programs and they give with their engagement an example of how you can be an active citizen. These goals we want to achieve through creative and active methods, such as games, playing ball, doing handycrafts, trips to the forest, etc. We will also motivate volunteers to take the initiative in implementing their own ideas that will help them gainvaluable experience and develop their competence.


Volunteers will perform the role of "local animator". Volunteers are to encourage children and young people to spend free time during the holidays (and in the warmer months to June and September) active and outdoors. Volunteers will offer daily on the playground common type of games, playing ball, handicraft, joint trips to the forest, etc. The kind of those tasks will also depend on the skills and interests of the volunteers. Welcome to these activities for all children and young people of our town.

During the project, volunteers are expected to acquire in particular the following competencies:
- Ability to work in a team task and an international team
- Ability to flexibly during the ongoing task
- Experience working with children and young people
- Ability to activate and animate other
- Knowledge of the region, with particular emphasis on the environment, cultural and social
- Skills in project management, workshops, etc.

Perfil: • like to work with children
• are creative, have many ideas
• are flexible, able to adopt to new situations and changing conditions
• can work outdoor in different weather (when it rains or is very hot)
• do not mind living on the countrywide (far from a big city) where life is rather simple
• 2 volunteers (mask. + fem.)
• Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: - The preparation and conduct games and activities for children and youth
- Conducting workshops, arts and sports in the open air
- Assist in the "summer kinder garden in the forest" and in conducting environmental activities for children in nature and forest
- Support for all current projects of the host organization
- Conducting "European workshop" in our local school and kinder garden
- Presentation "European Voluntary Service" on all local and regional events in the region.
