Resumo: The project will take place in Bucharest, within our organization. The headquarters are at Clubul Ecran in Sos. Grozavesti nr.84, sector 6, Bucuresti, Romania. The club offers a number of social, cultural and sportive activities.

The project takes place in a youth club which operates regularly between 10.00 - 20.00, exceptional activities and may extend further than 20.00. Youth club location is in the centre of Bucharest University LEU. It is located nearby the prestigious technical university and near the Presidential Palace and only at 5 minutes from the centre of Bucharest. In the club they have access to a number of young students and pupils; in this location currently operates a total of 10 youth organizations from Bucharest. Access is open to any youth club in Bucharest and not so strict. Of course there are rules of internal order (ROI) to ensure the safety of young people who have access to the club. Consumption of illegal substances is prohibited inside the youth club. There are no special rules or restrictive set to participate in activities of the club or initiated by the members of other associations.

Of course during the performance of current activities, youth volunteer respect the authority of the group of leaders or animators who coordinates activities and programs taking place in the club. Young volunteers are informed and trained to take part in projects and with free consent can work actively within them. Young volunteers can initiate and participate in activities that they proposed and are encouraged to implement projects where the disadvantaged young people can express their desires and can practice skills learned in the non-formal youth activities.

Perfil: Anyone between 18 and 30 years can access the hosting program of our organization, including young people who are disadvantaged socially, culturally, medically and other.

Also, the candidates will fill out an application form, containing the following information:
a. personal information (name, date of birth, gender, adress, etc);
b. level of training and language skills;
c. motivation for wanting to work in a team that makes youth projects at a local and international level;
d. expectations and goals to be reached at the end of the volunteering period;
e. means of evaluation and disemination of the results the end of the volunteering period.

Based on the application forms received from candidates in the EU, two of our organization’s leaders will classify the aplications and select the candidates in a transparent way. At the end of the selection process, each candidate will receive an e-mail describing the way of selection and the result, specifying if he/she was selected or not to take part in our organization’s EVS Service.

Tarefas: Volunteers will be trained to perform outdoor sports activities and street, also interact with the disadvantaged youth groups that they will work and will have some of the activities (institutionalized youth and youth deprived of their liberty).

At the stage of preparation and learning young people will be trained and trained on their own safety and the safety of participants with whom they interact. Besides the activities which take place in the local program, volunteers will be trained and learn to communicate on the Internet and to make information and publicity campaigns on their Internet activity.

They will learn to draw up a website and to create their own promotion of what are they doing on social networks so their work may be more visible in Romania and Europe.
A volunteer need to go through the steps Following During the volunteering period:
Learning and training: the language, computer skills, communicating with the local Other Volunteers, participating local trainings and courses to our Organization That Currently holds.
Preparation and organization of activities: at this stage, the volunteer will make, unassisted, the daily schedule of daily activities Some That should Be Implemented by local Volunteers in local projects.
Coordination and Evaluation: Each volunteer will be encouraged to coordinate youth activities and to evaluate the work that coordinates. The most important element that we are trying to teach him is the own evaluation stage that will provide him opportunity to understand if the results of his work are good or they must be improved to reach a satisfactory level or a better one.
Examples of activities or tasks that volunteers will do:
Learning the Romanian language at a minimum level enough to make conversation with other young people from Romania;
Learning to work easy with PC programs such as Office Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet Explorer and other software of operation;
Making presentations in order to plan current activities and to communicate by their mother tongue with Romanian volunteers with whom they will get in touch with;
Making street sports events with other Romanian leaders and volunteers to promote equal opportunities for all young people in Romania (in these activities will be involved and institutionalized youth and youth deprived of their liberty);
Teamwork and involvement in local community projects to promote and disseminate;
Creating a web site that will be promoted and disseminated the results of volunteer work in Romania and Europe.
