Resumo: Our office is open 2 days in a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. Rest of the week we work online and outside the office (meetings with youngsters in a place which they propose, also due to specific of our work and people involved - we organise meetings with volunteers and governing board in a different places to integrate us as much as possible and make better brainstorming.

1 volunteer – youth information office – writing and coordinating projects, organizing events, updating website, making posters, leaflets etc, presentations in English in local schools and institutions, possible language courses

2 volunteer – Cultural Centre, organizing events, leading own art worskhops for local community, administration work of cultural centre, presentations in English in local schools, institutions.

Perfil: - male -max 25 y.o
- with - english as the voluteer is supposed to teach the language
- likes sports
- who can stay at calm town:) (63.000 people but people are not keen so much for going out, thats why we planned mix them with short term a little bit)
- with as much artistic as realistic soul,
- who is enthusiastic and keen to do a lot of different activities,
- who would like to either teach teenagers important things about dance, music, theatre and/or acting or, help with creating/editing webside of our partners institutions and our NGO.
- Eager to learn many things about Polish culture and language
- like working with children and teenagers and have communicative command of English language
- amateur drama act writer or webside designer
- we would like to cooperate with the similar kind of organizations who are interested in art, computer science or theatre - it will be easier to connect if the foreign organization has the same aims - yet it is not necessary.

Tarefas: 1. EURODESK INFORMATION POINT

- answering mails, updating website, making databases (for ex: grants, international summer courses etc)
- helping with international events (by selecting proper candidates, writing applications, organising meetings for people who are selected for the events.

2. INDIVIDUAL WORSHOPS

This activity depends of a volunteer him/her self. Depending of the wanted activity and the profile of volunteer that we will host, they will have opportunity to develop their own activity by share of his/her own interest (which means that if they are good in theatre they will have chance to organize theatre workshops or if they are good in belly dance, we will start new open for local youth).

3. WORKING ON A FIELD

In this part we planned to bring volunteers in projects on which we work, like:
- helping with local actions like: helping with studies for youth from Lasocice and Przybyszewo,
- organising free time activities for kids and youth such as concerts.
- promotion of the European integration process ( in a political and social meaning) by developing.
The four main areas, where we plan that the foreign volunteers could involve in are:
- cooperation with European School Clubs (ESC) - informal unions between the students and teachers in different types of schools from the following voivodeships: LUBUSKIE, WIELKOPOLSKIE, DOLNOŒL¥SKIE. The volunteers will travel around those voivodeships to give lectures and make workshops in kindergardens, schools about their own countries (traditions, history, educational system, young people's lifestyles) and the European Union (especially educational programms for youth). Apart from this the volunteers will help our volunteers to organise European day and European Youth Conference. To show the possibilities in EU for young people.

4. St. Staszic Complex of Schools in Wschowa

- helping Career Councelour with office work and leading worshops for youth (integration, career planning, discovering strengths and weaknesses etc)
- helping Volunary group by organising meetings for them, supporting their actions
- organising events in the school (spring day, valentines day etc)
- supporting POLISH-GERMAN exchange which is organised every year in the school
- helping with english lessons - to make them more attractive and active for youth
- writing articles for Echo Staszica newspaper
- supporting ongoing school activities
