Resumo: Title of the project deals with the need for a human challenges of thinking and mode of action and the fact that the opening of the new opportunities, often quite unexpected and exotic, it is necessary to keep up with the world, changes in the economy, technology and demographic changes.

The project calls for the activities, builds skills and knowledge needed in the labor market, necessary for development.

The educational part of the project will be carried out in the framework of regular workshops conducted at intervals of 1-3 weeks, after 4 hours each meeting, for high school students from Koszalin invited to participate in the project.

Overall, in the project planned is attending approximately 300 students.

Tarefas: - co-organize and participate in activities,
- creating a colorful, artistic panels,
- creating materials with newspaper clippings on large boards (poster presentation for the implementation), as well as establishing cooperation with EVS organizations to create maps of challenges and presentation of cultural initiatives, artistic and development in Europe and opportunities to participate in the European voluntary.

Participants will be created and developed the information and materials about the history of the people in my life who have achieved success. The classes will be information on how to be
successful person, using entrepreneurship skills, how others become a successful people.
Presentations will be presented at the meetings of the participants in the meetings and workshops.
Map of the challenges will be a form of inspiration for action and opportunities for each participant.
