Resumo: The project will treat that everyone has a lot of opportunities for development, and only enough to use them.
There is one map development, which for each person varies with the world around us, as well as the skills, values and skills that shape our lives.

Volunteers will take part in the organization of training course E-editor.

The motivational and counseling classes will attend 60 people unemployed from our city and surrounding areas between the ages of 17 and 30 years of age. They will participate in a series of works related to building partnerships and creating maps representing a career in Europe.
Training course topics E-Editor is journalism and computer science and language skills in selected occupations.

Another and related activities under the project will be the creation of development plans in the framework of the so-called. Maps Professional Development (which is a form of declaration and plan participants in the development of the project and establish the possibility of development in Europe).

Materials created by the participants, and the participants will form the inspiration for action and opportunities for development. Designed stories of people and the map of professional development in Europe will be published on a new website that will promote the project, the European Union and the Youth in Action program as an excellent way of developing business and building professional skills

Tarefas: Volunteers will be responsible for the preparation of materials for the organization of workshops including to conduct motivational workshops, preparation of materials for journalists Course E-editor (eg, service journalism events, festivals, conferences, international training organized in different countries), and also co-organize activities, promotion of institutions and schools with promotional materials.
