Resumo: In order to organise Brave festival and Brave Kids we have few ful-time employees.
Our office is 120 square meters in the center of the city on the third floor of the medival building.

The Song of the Goat Theare is situated on the grand floor in the same building with the stage (a 13th Century refectory in a former monastery) and offices of presidents, accountants and theatre managers. The volunteer will stay in Brave Kids section of Brave Festival office and will be provided by the own desk and computer. Beside the office work the volunteer will have the opportunity to join the iniciatives of Song of the Goat Assosiation partners - ROKPA POLSKA with the winter project where poor and homeless people can find a warm meal, helping artistic and pedagogs to run workshops for children and disabled youth, design own artistic workshops for children and youth.

Perfil: - young people who have volunteering experiance in their local community especially in terms of children and youth as well as global education, art&culture,
- well-organised,
- good in English (writing and speaking),
- ready to learn Polish language,
- want to learn how to organise a festival, workshops with disabled children or soup kitchen for the poor, and who fell responsible for their realisation.

Tarefas: Our work in Brave Kids&Brave Festival is divided into three stages:

1) preparation (September - June).

Volunteer will be invited to support Brave Kids and Brave Festival organising team. It means that the volunteer will help with contacting diffirent international or national institions and partners, support fundrising process, contribute to selecting Brave Kids actors - Brave Kids groups, leaders, journalists, help in daily routines in the office (creating database of the partners, collecting datas, anwsering emails), supporting marketing, PR, updating website, creating descriptions in English ect.

The volunteer will take part in weekly meeting of the stuff and contribute in terms of European cooperationVolunteer will be involved in all the activieties - mainly with the communication with foreign partners, preparing datebase of participants, updating Brave Kids website in English, researching for partners in his/her country, PR in his/her country, assisting in preparation of local volunteers.

During this time volunteer will also have the opportunity to involve in Song of the Goat Theatre activities (weekly artistic workshops for Roma children and people with disability, assiting with box office before Theatre performances, helping Brave Festival volunteers with the all-year-going on activities: soup kitchen, organisting the charity concert ect).
The volunteer will have the chance to develop own project in terms of using Youth in Action possibilities.

2) Brave Kids.

The volunteer will have the chance to choose one of two main path of Brave Kids: assisting artistic leaders during workshops for children (3 weeks from 9 am till 5 pm) or preparing and corrdinating cycle of training for leaders of the groups (to stimulate the exchange between adults in terms of art education, pedagogy, how to improve the situation of vulrnabale children in the world, supporting their stay and coordinating workshops for them).

Volunteer can also assist with communication among host families, coordinating local volunteers. The volunteer will be a part of the unique process of meeting between more than hundred of people from all over the word. Participants of Brave Kids are supported to realise their own potencial and value raising their confidence and aspirations. By collaboarating with youth leaders from diverse backgrounds all of them have a chance to exchange artistic traditions and life experiances, developing cultures and discovering a common understanding between each other.

3) Documentation and evaluation. Writing reports, letters of thanks, collecting all photos and videoas, evaluating PR and coordination.
