Resumo: Would you like to join the team of a French NGO based in Marseille and dedicated to mobility, social inclusion and working with people with special needs? We are looking for a French speaking volunteer to join this EVS project from January 2013 for 12 months.

Perfil: Fluent French both written and spoken is required.

Tarefas: - Creation of new local and European projects
Volunteers can suggest ideas, propose activities and discuss the conception and objectives of future projects.
- Creating projects and activities
Volunteers can take initiative to create their own activities and to participate in the organisation of local and European seminars, training courses and intercultural meetings.
- Contacts with local and European partners
Volunteers will develop communication skills through encounters with different people from the network (associations, local authorities, social centres, public education organisations) and young people.

Formação: What you can gain from the experience of this project
- to improve French language and get to know the French culture;
- to understand and learn French methods and the working process of the association;
- to gain knowledge of the associations network;
- to acknowledge French and European youth policies;
- to develop a responsible attitude to work; working in a team; to develop perseverance, responsibility of oneself and others, to improve communications with others and knowledge in environment and public communication skills;
- to show young people the different careers connected to the environment that they could choose in the future
- to open personnel and professional perspectives
