Resumo: directs and coordinates projects and programmes aiming mainly sustainable development of their region. Its projects include a participative methodology with the territorial agents. These are usually action and research projects with a "down-up" approach within European projects and initiatives, with a transnational dimension.

Perfil: - Youth aged between 18 and 30 years
- basic Spanish
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Ability and interest for activities with minors, adolescents and groups in risk of social exclusion.
- Communication skills, social abilities, initiative, enthusiasm and creativity.
- Committed with rural development.

Tarefas: - Support planning, designing and implementing the actions of the projects:

OFFICE WORK.
. Provide traditions, customs, culture, etc. to actions where internationality provides an added value and enriches the contents of the project (i.e. in public conciliation services). . Support in accompaniment youth actions (local and European).

Our organization organises informal meetings and trips of young local and/or European youth, and, as a mean to incentivate interculturality and knowledge of the rural environment, where volunteers may support professional tasks:
- Collaboration in a residential home for elderly people.
- Collaboration in a kindergarden.
