Resumo: Outline the project environment for the suggested voluntary Service, including the local community where the project will take place (e.g. geographical, social and economical environment).

Voluntary organization constituted by adults and youngsters that turns its activities mainly to children, teenager and youngsters subject to social marginalization risks and characterized by familiar difficulties (generally social and economical difficulties).

Volunteers organize the biggest part of the activities with children and youngsters.
The ojective of the organization are:
" aggregate people around cross-cultural socialization initiative
" train and prepare responsible, autonomic and positive person
" facilitate the meeting and the dialogue among generations in which is possible to have confrontation and learn from the other's experience.

Tarefas: 1 Task:
" youth aggregation centre: management of the band room, recording of radio program about the activities of the association in collaboration with "RadioDietro", organisation of activities for the children and for the teenager (games, tournament, laboratories....), management of an Internet point for the youngsters of the quarter, participation to the "Musicando Insieme" activities (promotion, contacts, managements of the spaces...)
" oratory: activities with youngsters from 0 to 18 years. Games, laboratories, thematic meeting for the youngsters and the family
" youth summer: summer camp and residential camp for the children of the primary school
" Tabor house: booking of the spaces, internal and external management of the house, assistence in some moment of the day (breakfast, meals, opening and closing of the spaces...)
" promotion of the association activities: management and updating of the Internet website, creation of the promotional material (posters, flyers newsletter...)

2 Task:
" active participation to the weekly training
" children's animation during public and private party
" Red Nose Day: promotion, preparation of material, presence in the informative gazebo, laboratories with children
" information activities in primary and secondary schools
" clownerie laboratories in the schools
" services in the hospital department (only after the request of the volunteer): clownerie laboratories, entertainment for children and families
" promotion of the activities association:management and updating of the website, creation of promotional material (posters, flyers, newsletter...)

3 Task:
" promotion of the association activities: maintenance and updating of the website, creation of promotional material (poster, flyers, newsletter...)
" fund raising through concerts, theatre show, sale of traditional "Pandoro", "Panettoni" and "Colomba" during Christmas and Easter time: participation to the event planning meeting
" informative meetings in the high school, in the university in the sportive societies to inform youngsters about the mission of the association

4 task
" participation to weekly meeting
" participation to all events and training promoted by the association
" organisation of events: dinner, concerts, exhibitions, debates, theatre performance, reading…
" secretariat activities and management of the base
" promotion: leafleting, writing newspaper's article, website management…
" library: preparation of materials, book's cataloguing and management of lending, management of study's places
" youth mobility desk: administration of places, raising materials and information, updating of the website, promotion in schools and youth centres
" management of the bar and help in kitchen during the found-raising dinner or the events.

Condições: Volunteers will live in a flat in the Center of the city.

The apartment is big enough and will permit to any volunteer to have good spaces of privacy. The volunteers will have the possibility to live together, experimenting a real multi-cultural life they must set rules and find solution acceptable for everyone.
