Resumo: The project area presents critical issues as cultural fragmentation processes related to migration from outside the EU, the perception of isolation and marginalization of poor neighborhoods and citizen participation ; marked homelessness, poor access to basic health services because of their undersized and unpreparedness cultural inappropriateness of initiatives and spaces for group activities and sports, under-representation of immigrant women in associations and cultural-sports.

The project aims, among other things, is to enhance the collective identity and historical memory in the maintenance of local and ethnic diversity of the membership, to support and enhance the capacity of families to the community, reducing housing in Milan and conflict spread in relation to it; develop sport as a form of understanding and coexistence.

The Association "Altropallone" from episodes of conflict, poor management of existing sports facilities, little involvement and participation in activities in the neighborhood of immigrants and women will undertake sporting events (tournaments, etc.), would promote the creation of 2 new sports clubs, and we will manage with the participation of foreign communities and sports clubs two sports fields exist but used improperly.

Objectives:
1. The project aims to enhance the collective identity and the ethnic dimension of recovering the historical memory and keeping the number of memberships.
2. Develop sports and socio-cultural knowledge and what forms of coexistence, encouraging the participation of young immigrants and women.

Perfil: We are looking for young, does not matter whether male or female.

- aged 20 to 30
- basic knowledge of English + Spanish or Portuguese or French.
- interested in sports, organize events and with no problems working in a multicultural environment (mainly Africa and Latin America).

Tarefas: Within the project activities in which the volunteer will be involved:
- Participation in activities in the neighborhood with immigrants and women;
- Organization and implementation of sports events (football tournaments, volleyball…);
- Support the creation of "Sports Festival CBA" (Athletics) with children and young students;
- Co-organizer of the festival's non-profit organization BAOBAB Asd
- Organization and presence for the "Football Tournament: Memorial Marco Meraldi / tournament and
inter-ethnic" in the oratory parish Our Lady of Mercy Bresso (Milan)
Other extracurricular activities in which the volunteer will be involved/to:
- Collaboration to the event "Premio l’Altropallone"
