Resumo: Vyatka Humanitarian Gymnasia with advanced course of English (VHG) is a state run educational establishment founded in 1908. At present it houses over 850 students from 1 to 11 grades. The aim of gymnasia is to give students high level of education which allows them to choose their career and enter any university of the country. The gymnasia also states its aim as developing not only mental abilities of students but also their creative and artistic skills.

Perfil: We don't expect volunteer with professional skills. First of all we expect motivated volunteer who wants to make social service in our project and work hard.

We expect to find volunteer with following characteristics:
- good communication skills,
- open minded,
- flexible,
- readiness to conduct non-formal clubs of English and other languages,
- some skills in work with children and teenagers,
- some artistic skills.

Tarefas: The primary activities of the volunteers are:

- Preparation and realization of courses of foreign languages (English and volunteer’s native language) of non-formal educational way for students – language club or communication club;
- Volunteer will be responsible for cooperation with tutors and leading one of the gymnasium projects (he will be able to choose it according to his/her interests and abilities)
- Participation in the actions and events spent by employees of school; competitions, festivals, concerts, performances and so on;
- The volunteers will have the opportunity to create own group of pupils (patrol), which will be directed on physical and cultural development of children, self-affirmation and increasing of activity of adults;
- Volunteer could help students with gymnasium newspaper – be a journalist or a photographer depending on her/his interests;
- Volunteer will have possibility organize leisure time, workshops, and game process for students of the gymnasia;- During the summer holidays in the gymnasium volunteers will have opportunities to work in the international workcamps organized by SFERA.
