Resumo: The environment for developing the future activities of hosting the EVS volunteers is various, consisting of communities situated in all the regions of development in Romania, not only in rural areas, but also urban areas. The "Ofensiva Tinerilor" Organization will collaborate with the local stakeholders(persons or firms on which our EVS projects can have a potential impact, and also other persons or firms which can have an impact our EVS projects), so that the impact of the EVS would be as higher as it could be and the participation of the community would be very significant.
So, the main stakeholders took into consideration are the local authorities and the corporations(regarding the corporations The Ofensiva Tinerilor" Organization will try to include the EVS projects in the programmes and measures of social corporatist responsibility for developing the concept of corporatist citizenship). Among the main stakeholders, there will be pupils and young people who graduated the local schools.
Among the local communities targeted as hosts for the EVS volunteers there are:

- Rosia Montana township and the cities of Campeni and Abrud -Alba county
- Seitin, Semlac and Paulis townships, and also the city of Arad -Arad county
- Bucuresci, Buces and Criscior townships and the city of Brad - Hunedoara county
- Suplacu de Barcau and Balc townships and the city of Oradea -Bihor county
- The city of Sannicolau Mare and the city of Timisoara - Timis county
- Varadia township - Caras county

The organization will not limit its activities to these communities, other towns from Romania will be taken into consideration for hosting the EVS volunteers, depending on the interest and opportunities.

Our organization takes into consideration the possibility to host the EVS volunteers in other counties of Romani, based on some collaborations with the corporatist environment and with the public authorities. Also, "Ofensiva Tinerilor" takes into consideration the possibility of hosting the EVS volunteers in communities with a significant presence of the national minorities such as: Polish, Hungarian, Gipsy, Bulgarian, German, Czech, Serbian and Croatian population.

From the socio-economical point of view, the communities from the rural environment and from the urban environment which are in difficulty, will have priority for hosting the EVS volunteers, because they are considered to be underprivileged areas and poor represented in the European programmes which sustain the development of human resources.

Because the organization has its headquarters in Arad county, a serious attention will be given to the towns and villages which are at most at 50km distance from Arad.

That is why we are now presenting the local environment of Arad:
Geographic setting: The city of Arad is situated in the Westen part of Romania(at 50 km distance from the Western border), in the Plain of Arad, which is part of The West Plain. It is the first important city near the Central Europe, situated on the bank of the Mures river, where it flows from the Deva-Lipova Valley. The city is situated at an altitude of 108,5m and it lies on 5830ha, being situated at a crossroads of some important roads( The IV European Passway- on the fast road which will connect Ucraine and Serbia). An important factor for the economical and urban development is that the city of Arad is placed at the crossroads of different European roads such as: E 68/60 at 594 km from Bucure?ti (E) and 275 km from Budapesta (V)) and E 671 (at 50 km from Timi?oara (S) and117 km from Oradea (N).

Perfil: 18-30 years, strong motivation and willing of taking part into this project, being a youth with fewer opportunities (minorities, economic difficulties)

Tarefas: During the 11 months of the project the volunteers will:
- Prepare outdoor experimental learning events in Mureş river meadow:
o Outdoor green activities like: planting trees, creating different objects from recycled materials, recycling paper etc;
o Promoting the activities in the schools from Arad, recruiting participants for the green activities;
o Promoting the activities in the e-magazine (magazine on electronic format);
- Promote street dances and sportive dances:
o Promoting the activity, training the participants (between 14-18 years) for street and sportive dances;
o Preparing public spectacles;
o Promoting the activities in the e-magazine (magazine on electronic format);
- Orienteering & geocaching Club Arad:
o Creating and developing an Orienteering & geocaching Club Arad;
o Promoting the club and attracting members for “orienteering” & “geocaching” fields;
o Creating “orienteering” & “geocaching” events;
o Promoting the activities in the e-magazine (magazine on electronic format);
- Other outdoor activities.
