Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- motivation to learn more about such issues as: sustainable development, environmental issues, human rights education, gender issues or/and intercultural dialogue
- Open-mindeness
- The willingness to work with two of age-groups: children, youth, adults and other seniors
- flexibility in adjusting oneself to new conditions;

Tarefas: 1. Planning, preparation and implementation of WORKSHOPS:
They will touch upon topics related to the following thematic areas:
a)ecological awareness ("green lifestyle", conscious consumption, global threats, animal rights, sustainable development);
b) active citizenship (youth participation in democratic processes, intergenerational dialogue, peace education, human rights education).
The workshops will be implemented both in Lodz and in rural areas aroun dthne city. The whole task will require from the volunteers following involvement: gathering information on the selected topic, the creation of scenario, preparation of materials, consulting the tutor, conducting the workshops and participation in their evaluation. The volunteers task will also be to maintain good relations with institutions involved- mostly high schools. The volunteers will be moreover expected to be able to create their own timetable of workshops in schools (consulted with the tutor).

2. The assistance in organizing and conducting creative, colourful workshops for children, mostly about different aspects of nature and natural environment.

3. Organizing events open for the local community members (children, youth, young adults and seniors). Volunteers will be involved in organizing diverse activities. These will be related to:
a)ecological events like the International Day of Earth, the Day of Water;
b)Human Rights celebrations, for instance the Week of Human Rights, One-Peace Day, the Day against domestic violence;
c) the promotion of volunteering activities;
d) the promotion of intergenerational dialogue etc.

4. Administration supporting the staff in the office.

5. The possibility to implement the volunteers individual ideas within the objectives consistent with the vision and themes of the Project (in collaboration with other volunteers, the local environment and institutions).
