Resumo: The hosting organization was founded in 2014, by a group of people with international experience and a shared interest in bringing people together across cultures.
From the beginning, the idea was simple: to create opportunities for young people to meet, learn from one another and take part in international projects.

The hosting organization is one of the most active organisations in the region when it comes to hosting international youth mobility programmes. Every year, we work with multiple international groups and partners, which means a dynamic working environment and a constant flow of participants, activities, arrivals, and departures. European Solidarity Corps volunteers play an important supporting role in making these programmes possible. By helping with the practical organisation and daily operation of hosted projects.

Another important part of the organization’s activities is organising visits to local schools, where volunteers meet Polish students and introduce them to their home countries. Through presentations, cultural activities, personal stories, and interactive discussions, they share their knowledge, traditions, and everyday experiences.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: By joining this project, you will play an important role in helping us document, share, and promote what happens at the organization.
Through photography, video, and digital storytelling, you will help make our activities more visible and show the people, experiences, and ideas behind them.

You will follow our ongoing activities, including international youth exchanges hosted in Rzeszów, school visits, workshops, local events, and other short-term projects. Your role will involve taking photos, recording video footage, and turning these materials into engaging content for our communication channels.
Working with the team and other volunteers, you will identify moments and stories worth sharing, suggest creative ideas, and help capture both organised activities and everyday project life. This opportunity is particularly suited to someone who enjoys photography, filmmaking, editing, or creating social media content and wants to develop these skills through hands-on experience.

You will join selected activities to capture what is happening and help communicate its purpose and impact. During youth
exchanges, this may include documenting workshops, intercultural evenings, group activities, and participants’
experiences through photos, short videos, or interviews.
You will also accompany volunteers on visits to primary and secondary schools, documenting their educational and
intercultural workshops. These visits take place across the region, including smaller towns and rural areas.
Some may involve longer journeys or occasional overnight stays arranged by the schools.
Your focus will be on showing the interaction, atmosphere, and learning taking place, while respecting participants’ privacy and following the organzation’s guidance on consent and the use of images.

You will help turn the materials you collect into ready-to- publish content for the organization’s social media and other communication channels. This may include selecting and editing photos, producing reels and short videos, preparing
stories, and writing accompanying captions.
We welcome your creative input, from trying new formats to suggesting ways of presenting our projects. Together with the
team, you will plan content around current activities and help build a collection of visual materials that can also support future promotion.

Horário: Your schedule will follow the activities you document and include dedicated time for selecting materials, editing, and
preparing content. Some events may take place in the evenings or at weekends, so flexibility is part of the role.

Tasks and priorities will be agreed with the team, taking into account the project’s needs, your interests, and your
existing skills. You should feel comfortable taking initiative, approaching people, and working both independently and with others.

Condições: Volunteers receive EUR 12 per day for food and pocket money, approximately EUR 360 for a full month.

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided free of charge in a two-bedroom flat, in the very centre. The flat is in the attic of a building that is over 100 years old, in the oldest part of the city, with no lift. Four volunteers live in the flat, sharing bedrooms with volunteers of the same gender. The flat includes a shared kitchen, one bathroom and a small balcony and is approximately a 10-minute walk from the office.
The project budget includes an accommodation deposit of EUR 1.50 per volunteer per day. This amount is paid to volunteers at the end of their stay, provided they leave the flat clean and undamaged.
Otherwise, all or part of it may be used to cover repairs and/or professional cleaning.
