Resumo: The hosting organization is an association working in non-formal education since 2014 through the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+. We handle your contract, travel, accommodation, visa support and Youthpass.

The organization is an NGO that promotes active citizenship, tolerance, intercultural dialogue and opportunities for young people, especially NEETs, through social, educational and civic initiatives. Since 2014 we've been working in non-formal education at local and international level, through the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+

Perfil: + are between 18 and 30 years old and registered on the European Solidarity Corps portal
+ speak English at least at a conversational level
+ want to learn how Erasmus+ projects are built and run
+ are motivated to promote human rights, solidarity, intercultural dialogue, volunteering and
+ active citizenship to Romanian youngsters
+ are curious about Romanian, EU, Eastern Partnership and Western Balkan cultures, and keen
to grow in a multicultural team
+ want to gain skills in content creation, social media, facilitation and event organisation

Tarefas: Reach Romanian youngsters every month
Run monthly awareness campaigns for young people in Bucharest, around three verbs:
Connect - promoting respect for diversity, tolerance and intercultural dialogue, and supporting their participation in Erasmus+, ESC and EYE.
Empower - sharing knowledge and skills through clubs, workshops, seminars and fundraising events.
Engage - activities on youth participation and activism, community building and citizens' rights.

Open European opportunities to more young people
Help the organization run its Erasmus+ Training Courses and send Romanian youngsters, especially NEETs, to Erasmus+ and ESC projects abroad.

One campaign a month
After induction in January, six monthly awareness campaigns for Romanian youngsters, two on each theme. You'll plan them, run them and measure what they changed.

Condições: Accommodation
Provided and paid by us, shared with the rest of the team: shared rooms, kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, wifi and all utilities included. We confirm the address before you travel.

270€ - PER MONTH, FOOD AND POCKET MONEY
Paid to you every month, for food and for whatever else you need. Volunteers usually cook together, which stretches it a long way. Bucharest is one of the cheaper capitals in the EU.
